AIC has been involved in Incident Investigation, Behaviour Based Safety and general HSSEQ development, training and auditing since 1989

Who we are

AIC is headed up by Mike Allen.

Mike is a marine engineer with a military past and has had significant experience in heavy engineering in the oil, gas and mining sectors as well as HSSEQ training and auditing

Mike has also worked in the retail sector and has had considerable exposure to all aspects of workplace health and safety.

The AIC office is well run by Susan who has a history of sales, office management and administration

Core functions are provided in-house and also by a dedicated team of external consultants with specialist consultants available for specific needs.
